ABOUT US.

Hope for Youth & Families is a non-profit organization dedicated to bettering the lives of youth and families in Springfield, Massachusetts through enrichment, college & career counseling, the arts, and additional programs that fill gaps in existing youth services. We believe that every young person deserves the resources necessary to create a pathway to success and we are committed to providing the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

We  offer free programs to youth and families that emphasize multi-generational engagement. We provide an integrated continuum of services aimed at creating better and brighter futures for young people, their families, and our community.

OUR MISSION.

At Hope for Youth & Families, our mission is to empower youth and families in underserved communities to achieve their full potential.

Our vision is to create a world where every young person has access to the resources and support they need to thrive. We believe that by investing in our youth, we can create a better future for all of us.

OUR HISTORY.

The Bolduc Schuster Family Foundation began in 2022 following the sale of the family business. Based in Springfield, the family chain has always supported the community in many ways.

In 2023, the foundation also created the Hope for Youth and Families  (HYF) non-profit. The foundation continues to fund their traditional organizations, as well as serving as the primary funder of the Hope for Youth and Families non-profit.

OUR FRIENDS & PARTNERS.

We are fortunate to work alongside many “giants” in the youth and family world. These individuals and groups of all kinds have been quietly working to improve the lives of others for years. They welcome us, offer their guidance, and are eager to share their experience and knowledge. We aspire to be as humble as they are.

We list them here in an effort to bring their light, and our own, to the digital world. Search engines can help us all to grow and expand our reach to serve others. If your organization would like to list with us, and vice versa, please contact us.  We look forward to working with you however we can.
