About Us
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping youth and families in underserved communities. Our mission is to provide them with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our Roots
The Bolduc Schuster Family Foundation began in 2022 following the sale of the family business. Based in Springfield, MA, the family chain has always supported the community in many ways.
In 2023 the foundation also created the Hope for Youth and Families (HYFF) non-profit. The foundation continues to fund their traditional organizations, and in addition they are the primary funder of the Hope for Youth and Families non-profit.

To help youth and families in underserved communities achieve their full potential.
OUR APPROACH
We employ a committed in-house team to oversee all programs. Each program is staffed by trained experts that utilize best practices. We employ a combination of education, a holistic approach, and multi-generational assistance.
COSTS
All our programs are free to youth & families.
WE BELIEVE
We believe that every young person deserves the resources necessary to create a pathway to success.
We are fortunate to work alongside many “giants” in the youth and family world. These individuals and groups of all kinds have been quietly working to improve the lives of others for years. They welcome us, offer their guidance, and are eager to share their experience and knowledge. We aspire to be as humble as they are.
